数字期刊的规范对数字期刊发展的作用

摘　　要：文章对数字期刊和于纸质期刊从表现形式、链接技术、传播、查询及链接和浏览方式等方面的特征进行了分析与对比,阐述了数字期刊的规范的主要内容对数字期刊发展的作用,提出了数字期刊实现期刊信息对称性的管理模式,并对信息开放管理的意义进行了分析,期望为建立完善的数字期刊管理信息平台及系统功能研究提供有益的参考.In this paper, the features of representations, link technologies, spread, inquiries and navigation of digital journal and hard--copy journal are analyzed and compared. The main ontents of digital journal standization on its development are introduced. A new information symmetry management model of digital journal information is proposed and the significance of open management of digital journal information is discussed. It is expected that this research could provide helpful reference for establishing perfect digital journal information management platform and system functions.
