摘 要:冷轧带钢退火过程是集成优化的关键环节,柔性化退火技术是在不改变化学成分和轧制工艺的条件下,通过优化退火工艺和控制冷却路径,使得产品具有多样性的相组成和不同的体积分数,使其具有满足不同用户要求的综合力学性能的新技术。为了探索热镀锌工艺条件下生产双相钢的工艺制度,在东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室自主开发的连续退火模拟实验机上对冷轧DP钢进行了退火镀锌工艺的模拟实验,利用光学显微镜、SEM和TEM技术对其显微组织进行了观察和分析,并对其力学性能进行了检测。结果表明:采用柔性化退火工艺可制备冷轧热镀锌DP780双相钢,其综合力学性能良好,达到了DP780级别双相钢的性能要求。Annealing process of cold rolled steel strip is a key step of integration optimization. The flexible annealing technology can produce the steel strip with multiple comprehensive mechanical properties which satisfies the demands of different consumers by optimizing the annealing process and controlling the cooling paths without changing the chemical composition of the strip and roiling process. In order to investigate the processing parameters for producing dual phase steel (DP steel) under the condition of galvanizing, the experiment of annealing of DP steel was carried out by using the continuous annealing simulation machine developed by State Key Laboratory of Rolling and Automation of Northeastern University. The microstructure of the samples were observed and analyzed by using optical microscope, SEM and TEM, and the mechanical properties of the samples were also tested. The results show that the cold rolled hot dip zinc coating DP780 steel strip can be produced by flexible annealing process, and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel is excellent and can satisfy the demand of this kind of product.
