摘 要:反向滚珠旋压应用于成形带有纵向内筋的薄壁筒形件。以刚塑性有限元法为基础,应用商业有限元软件DE-FORM-3D V6.0分析了纵向内筋薄壁筒形件反向滚珠旋压成形金属塑性变形区的应力状态,研究了金属塑性变形时的流动规律。有限元模拟结果表明,纵向内筋薄壁筒形件反向滚珠旋压过程中,变形区金属处于三向压应力状态,而且沿着旋压件壁厚方向,从内向外等效应力值和等效应变值逐渐增加。Backward ball spinning was applied to thin-walled tube with longitudinal inner ribs. The state of stresses in the deformation zone was analyzed and the law of plastic flow of the metal in the deformation zone was studied by means of commercial finite element software DEFORM- 3D V6.0 during backward ball spinning of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs. FEM results show that during backward ball spinning of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs, the metal in the deformation zone is caused to be in a three-dimension compressive press state, and along the direction of wall thickness of the spun part, the effective stress value and the effective strain value gradually increase from the inner surface to the outer surface.
