摘 要:在产品制造中发现带有环形底的旋压件圆筒部分开裂的情况之后,对其进行了调查、测试和分析。分析结果说明:圆筒内壁的裂口缺陷为折叠和裂纹;其缺陷为旋压坯料尺寸不合适或采用的旋压工艺参数不匹配所致;带环形厚底正旋时,为保证旋压过程中金属的稳定流动,其起旋点不宜明显超出阶梯轴芯棒的轴肩,应采用与坯料尺寸相匹配的旋压工艺参数,以保证在旋压过程中不产生折叠、裂纹;应对其旋压后的工件抽样剖取加工纵向截面试样,检查其旋压质量;对于重要的强力旋压件,应100%进行无损探伤检验。The reasons for tube fracture during power spinning were analyzed. The results show that little crack and metal collapse can cause the fractures on the inner wall of the tubes and the improper blank design or spinning parameters result in these defects. To insure the stable plastic deformation in forward flow spinning, the start working position shall not exceed the shaft shoulder, the blank design and working parameters must be optimized to avoid cracks and metal collapse. For these tubes with cylinder bottom, sampling the tube longitudinal section to inspect the quality of spinning part is needed. To some critical parts, it is necessary to carry out the nondestructive inspection thoroughly.
