摘 要:搓齿模具的设计质量和效率是精密冷滚轧技术中关键环节之一。本文介绍了在VB环境下应用Pro/E,AGW软件进行搓齿模具参数化设计及开发过程,简述了花键轴和搓齿模具参数化设计方法及其相互关系,并分析了花键轴成形过程及相关因素,对经过参数化设计得到的搓齿模具进行成形模拟,将工件成形后的渐开线花键轮廓齿形与理论渐开线花键轮廓齿形进行对比,验证了设计方法的可行性。为后续的设计分析、数字模拟仿真及产品系列化生产提供技术支持。The design quality and efficiency of rack die is one of the most key problems of precise cold-rolling technique. The parameterization design and development process of rack die with Pro/E and AGW in VB environment were introduced and the parameterization design method of spline shaft and rack die and the relationship between them were described. The spline shaft forming process and related factors were also analyzed. Through forming simulation of rack die produced by parameterization, the tooth profile of formed involute spline with theoretic involute spline tooth profile was compared and the feasibility of this design method was validated in order to provide technique support for later design analysis, numerical simulation and serial production of product.
