摘　　要：目前中国的开放式基金正经历着一个高速发展时期,开放式基金正成为我国基金业的中坚力量,对整个证券市场也起着举足轻重的作用。开放式基金的流动性是保证整个市场流动性的一个关键因素,因此对开放式基金的流动性风险成因进行分析,提出防范流动性风险的方法:针对投资者的不同需求,设计多种个性化基金及赎回方式,使开放式基金的负债与资产的流动性和收益性相匹配,达到事前有效防范流动性风险的目的。Open-end funds are now developing at a high speed in China, has become a main form of operation in our fund industry, and has exercised much influence on the security market. Considering that the liquidity of open-end fund is a crucial factor to ensure the liquidity of all the market, this paper puts forward some new methods to contain liquidity risk via issuing different fund categories with different redemption terms according to the investors＇ demand so that the fund market is divided into small sub-sections with the debt liquidity matched with the asset liquidity and profit to prevent liquidity risk.
