摘  要:针对消磁电流工作制式的合理性问题,通过对铁磁材料的磁性能、临界衰减指数和铁磁物质的磁化特点的分析,提出了将磁化曲线膝点处的磁场作为消磁电流磁场的初始幅值,消磁电流采取分段衰减的方法作为新的消磁电流工作制式。实际应用证明,这种通电制式可节省大量能耗和时间。Aiming at the rationality of working current mode in ship's magnetic treatment, the magnetic performance, the critical attenuation exponent and the magnetization characteristic of ferromagnetic materials were analysed and a new mode was proposed. The new mode takes the magnetic field value situated at inflexion of the magnetization curve as the initial amplitude of alternate magnetic field produced by working current and the amplitude of working current is piecewise attenuated. It has been proven by practice that the mode can save much energy and time.
