摘　　要：电子元器件在未来商业和军事运用中都将起到十分重要的作用。文中介绍了对未来武器装备发展影响较大的几项军用电子元器件科技发展情况,提出新概念理论是未来设计发展方向,介绍了集成电路以及碳化硅、高温超导、光纤等新材料在军事上的发展前景。Electronic components play a vital role in future business and military applications. In this paper, developments of several military electronic components that have significant influence upon future weapon systems are discussed. It is proposed that new-concept theory will be a trend of future component design, and major projects on IC and military prospects of new materials, such as SiC, HTS and fibre, are described in detail.
