摘 要:适应性设计是一种在面向产品全生命周期设计中解决矛盾问题的有效途径。然而,现有设计方法很难客观地反映定性定量相结合求解设计矛盾问题。为此提出一种基于结构变换的产品适应性设计方法。该方法通过定义设计基元,对产品的初始机构进行适应性分析,建立传导矛盾环系统,及满足产品功能-结构的适应性设计规则、适应度函数和与之对应的产品适应性模型,从而确定适应性设计的关键问题。建立适应性设计流程,通过传导变换解决产品设计基元之间的冲突,输出初始设计方案。最后将方法应用于某型号CPM下肢康复器适应性设计。应用实例表明:该设计方法不仅能快速满足不同需求下的个性化要求,而且能为计算机参与解决产品设计矛盾问题提供一种可行的途径。The concept of design for adaptability (DFA) has immense influence on the su.itability of a product life cycle (PLC). However,approaches it is put in a dilemma how to solve the hybrid quantities and qualitative problems in the existing approaches. In the paper, a new approach based on extension transforming is presented by design theory and artificial intelligence research. The design flow can be divided into two stages: modeling and scheme generation. In the first stage, there are four steps: defining the design basic elements; analyzing the adaptability of original structures; building the transforming contradiction loops, finding the adaptive rules and measures of adaptability. Then the contradictions between differential parts will be smoothed using the extension trans- forming. Finally, example from a CPM (continuous passive motion) machine design illustrates the applicability and implementation of selected principles in the area of Computer Aided Product Design.
