摘 要:机电设备不断向大型化、精密化和高效化方向发展,对零部件的寿命和可靠性提出了更高的要求。电火花沉积技术是一种高效的表面强化技术,可有效提高机械零部件的寿命和可靠性,在机电设备的应用中显示出了巨大的潜力。叙述了电火花沉积技术的基本原理和特点,分析了电火花沉积技术在机电设备中的应用,并探讨了电火花沉积技术在机电设备中的应用前景及其需进一步解决的问题。With the development of mechanical and electrical equipment towards large size, precision and high efficiency, the reliability and service life of mechanical parts become more and more important. The electro-spark deposition with efficient surface strengthening technology, can be used to improve the reliability and service life of mechanical parts; its application potential is re- vealed in mechanical and electrical equipment. The basic principle and technological characteristics of electro-spark deposition are described, and the application of this surface strengthening technology in mechanical and electrical equipment is analyzed in detail. In addition, the application prospect of this technology and the problems, which need to be solved, is discussed.
