摘　　要：总结了本硕实验教学改革，介绍了华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院研究型创新实验教学平台的构建和实验队伍的建设，探讨了本硕互动实验教学模式及相适应的管理机制，总结了新的教学模式对研究型创新人才培养的影响和产生的效果。By looking into the reformation of experimental teaching for graduates and postgraduates, this article introduces the construction of the research-based innovative teaching platform and the laboratory team in the college. Meanwhile, the experimental teaching mode and its corresponding management mechanism are discussed. The effect of the new teaching mode on the training of innovative researchers is summed up.
