摘  要:讨论遗传学实验教学中,如何由常规的“验证型”教学改变为综合的“设计型”、“研究型”教学,在本实验教学中,学生独立自主地进行实验的设计、组织、实施和管理,教师只是协助学生完成实验。这种教学方法,能充分发挥学生学习的主动性,培养学生独立思考和实际操作能力,激发学生的团队意识和创新精神。The teaching reform of plant micronucleus experiment and its potential application in the practice are discussed. The method of transforming the traditional "testing" experiments to "designing"or " research" ones was obtained in the process of genetic experiment teaching. Owing to being dominant, the students would carry out the experiment by themselves from design, organization, implementation and management. The teacher just play an assistant role. The merit of this method is able to increase the student's positivity, develop the capability of using their mind and manipulation, and give rise to their team-conscious and innovative spirit.
