摘  要:目的通过对近年来江苏省硫化氢职业中毒事故进行分析研究,提出防止硫化氢中毒发生的干预措施,减少硫化氢职业中毒的发生及因硫化氢职业中毒引起的死亡率。方法从江苏省安全生产监督管理局和各相关卫生机构收集近年来有关硫化氢职业中毒事故的资料,分析硫化氢中毒发生及由于硫化氢中毒发生引起死亡的情况,分析硫化氢中毒事故的危害性、严重性。结果近3年来江苏省硫化氢中毒事故高发,死亡率高,主要发生在食品、污水处理及化学工业等行业,因救援发生的中毒占中毒人数的28.07%;季节中毒事故发生频率集中在4~9月份,而以8、9月最高。结论在4.9月份硫化氢中毒事故高发季节的食品、污水处理、化学工业等高发企业进行硫化氢中毒的知识集中培训、加强安全防范意识、配备防护设施及个人防护用品等相应的措施,降低硫化氢中毒事故引起的发生。Objective To analyze and provide corresponding countermeasures on occupational poisoning accident of hydrogen sulfide in Jiangsu Province in recent years. Method The data about H2S occupational poisoning accident in recent years were collected from the State Administration of Work Safety and Health Institutions of Jiangsu Province. Result Over the past three years, the situation of H2 S occupational poisoning in Jiangsu province was quite serious and the death rate was rather high. The accidents mainly happened in food industry, wastewater disposal industry and chemical industry. The poisoning cases of chain reaction caused by lacking necessary knowledge for rescuer were remarkable. Conclusion The leaders of company didn' t attach sufficient importance to occupational health. Protective equipment and Workers lack basic occupational health training. For all these reasons, personal protective equipment were shabby. corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the losing of laborer' s lives and belongings.
