摘　　要：介绍4000m3/h空分设备长期停车后再启动时发生的主冷液氧液位低等6个故障的现象及其处理方法。The phenomena of 6 faults such as abnormally low liquid oxygen level for a 4000m^3/h air separation unit during its restart-up operation after long-term shutdown are introduced. The corresponding treatment measures of these faults are also presented to ensure long-term safe and stable operation of the air separation unit.
