摘　　要：新钢气体厂针对自身空分设备及其配套机组的特点,采取改进措施来应对用氧量变化,以减少氧气放散量。经可行性分析与实践,证实采用空分设备变负荷操作与改变压缩机运行模式相结合的方法可达到节能降耗的目的。According to the characteristics of Xingang＇ s air separation units and their corollary devices, some modification measures are carried out to cope with the variable oxygen consumption and reduce the oxygen discharging. Based on feasibility analysis and practice, the scheme of adopting variable-load operation of air separation unit combined with variable-mode operation of compressor is proposed to realize energy saving.
