摘　　要：介绍为延长KDN-800/40Y型制氮设备的连续运行周期,在硬件设备、操作和管理上所采取的改进措施。实施后优化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本,使制氮设备的连续运行周期延长到5年。The modification measures for the aspects of hardware equipment, operation and management are adopted to prolong non-stop operating period of a KDN-800/40Y nitrogen plant. With these measures, the production process is optimized, the production cost is reduced, and the operating period of the nitrogen plant can be prolonged to 5 years
