摘 要:本文针对集中供热行业日益增多的高区加压泵供热系统大流量、高扬程、大功率运行状况、由此而造成的高能耗以及对低区用户供热效果的严重影响,提出了两种初调节方法:逼近法和理论分析法.逼近法适用于一般工程技术人员,需要反复调整,费时费工.理论分析法适用于比较专业的工程技术人员.经理论分析计算,确定变速泵理想的转速,确定调节阀理想的开度,调节过程一次完成.工程证明,这两种方法均能获得满意的调节效果.Aim at the condition of high energy consumption and serious impact to heating effect of low area user, account for the big flow, high lift and high power of run condition in increasing booster heating system of high area, this paper produces two methods of initial regulation: method of approximation and method of theoretical analysis. Method of approximation is adequate for common engineering technologist, it need to adjust repeat, it will take lots of time and work. Method of theoretical analysis is adequate for more professional engineering technologist. Calculate by theoretical analysis, ascertain the ideal rotate speed of variable - speed pump and ideal opening of regulating valve, adjust process complete at one time. Both methods can attach get better regulation-effect.
