摘  要:分别在0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%的NaCl浓度下胁迫坝莜1号、白燕2号、白燕6号、白燕7号4份种质材料,测定了在盐胁迫下苗期燕麦的存活率、株高、根长、根数,进而综合评价供试材料耐盐性的强弱。结果表明:苗期燕麦在NaCl浓度0.2%~0.6%的胁迫下,均属中等耐盐牧草;各供试材料间耐盐性差异显著,其中自燕6号综合评价值为0.9679,耐盐性最强;坝莜1号综合评价值分别为0.5000,耐盐性最差。The survival nate, plant height, root length, root number were tested to determine the effects of NaCl stress at 0, 0.2% ,0.4% ,0.6% ,0.8% , 1.0% and 1.2% on BaYou No.l,BaiYan No.2, BaiYan No.6, BaiYan No.7, and then evaluated whether the salt-tolerance of the supplied materials were strong nor poor comprehensively. The results showed that A rrhenatherurn elatius L. was middle salt-tolerance forage that can resist the NaCl stress at 0.2% -0.6% and different test pieces beared different degrees of salt concentration. By contrast with the change,BaiYan No.6 had the strongest salt-tolerance in test pieces, it's synthetic evaluation value is 0.967 9. BaYou No.1 was the most poor one, its synthetic evaluation value is 0.500 0.
