摘 要:利用统计物理方法分析了费米面附近kT能级宽度内单量子态上的费米子数.在对费米面附近能级宽度进行±5kT修正的情况下,对费米面系统的可移动粒子数和内能进行研究,分析了该可移动粒子部分的热容量和压强.结果表明:费米系统的化学势随温度按指数规律减少;系统可移动粒子数与温度成正比关系,可移动粒子的内能较小,且与温度有关;修正后的费米系统的热容量较大,压强很大.Using the method of statistical physics, the number of Fermi particle of the single quantum state in kT energy level width nearby Fermi surface is analyzed. Under the ± 5kT amendment of energy level width nearby Fermi surface, moving particle number and internal energy of Fermi system have been studied, also the thermal capacity and the pressure of moving particles have been analyzed. The results show that: the chemical potential of Fermi system decreases as index law with temperature ; the moving particles of the system is direct ratio with temperature, the less internal energy of moving particles is relation to temperature ; after the amendment, the thermal capacity of Fermi system increases and the pressure is very large.
