摘　　要：流动人口的职业健康监护是职业卫生工作的重点与难点,是预防控制职业病,是保障流动人口职业健康和公平劳动权益的重要环节。根据对北京、浙江、山东、湖北、内蒙等地的调研,我们对流动人口职业健康监护现有模式进行了分析比较,并提出了新的模式框架与实施条件,以提高流动人口的职业健康监护率,保障流动人口职业健康.The problem of occupational health surveillance of migrant workers is the focus and difficult problem of occupational health, and it is an important aspect of the prevention and control of occupational disease and the protection of occupational health and fair labor rights for migrant workers. According to the research on occupational health surveillance of migrant workers in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei, Inner Mongolia and other places, the present models of occupational health surveillance on various regions were studied comparatively and an new model frame and its implement conditions were put forward in order to improve the rate of occupational health surveillance for migrant workers to protect their health.
