虫草素的研究应用进展

摘　　要：虫草素是第1个从真菌中分离出来的核苷类抗生素,有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等药理作用。对虫草素的产生、生物活性、临床应用、产量的提高、提取、分离纯化、化学合成等进行了综述,为虫草素的进一步开发利用奠定了科学基础。Cordycepin is the first nucleoside antibiotics separated from epiphyte.It has many pharmacological function such as actibacterium,antivirus,antineoplasticagents,enhancing immune function.In this paper,the production,biological activity,clinical application,yield increase,extraction,purification and chemical synthesis of cordycepin were reviewed.The study would provide much scientifical information to make reasonable and efficient utilization of cordycepin in the future.
