摘　　要：职业病的高发已经逐渐成为制约劳动者健康和经济健康发展的重要因素之一。广东省在职业病调查、防治和队伍建设上都开展了大量的工作,取得了一些重要进展。本文回顾总结了职业病防治工作中的经验,希望为下一步工作和其他地方提供参考。The high prevelance of occupational diseases has become an important factor affecting the health status of labor forces and the economies development. Guangdong province has gained a lot of practical experiences on occupational diseases investigation, prevention and capacity building for the staff. This paper reviews the experiences on the practices in Guangdong and provides the helpful references for other provinces.
