摘 要:目的研究屈光矫正对计算机静态视野阈值的影响。方法应用OCTOPUS101视野计G2/TOP程序对54例(100只眼)远视及近视患者屈光矫正前后分别进行视野检查,对屈光矫正前后的视野指数及不同范围的视野阈值进行分析。结果屈光矫正后MS增加,MD和LV降低,随着屈光度的增加,屈光矫正对视野指数的影响越明显;屈光矫正后,离固视点越近,阈值降低的越明显,随着屈光度的增加,阈值的这种变化规律越明显。结论未矫正的屈光不正是影响静态视野检查结果的重要因素。Objective To investigate the influence of refractive correction on automated static perimentric thresholds. Methods Fifty-four patients ( 100 eyes) with hyperopia or myopia performed automated static threshold perimetry with and without refractive correction. The changes of the visual field indices and the thresholds in different areas were analyzed. Results After refractive correction,the MS increased,MD and LV decreased. As the diopter increases,the change of the visual field indices was more. With the more close to the fixation,the decrease of the thresholds was more. As the diopter increases,the rule of the influences on the thresholds changes was more obvious. Conclusion The refractive correction has an important effect on the static perimetry.
