干黄茶乳剂的抗炎药效学及毒理性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药干黄茶乳剂的抗炎性及药物毒性。方法:采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀法及蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法测定干黄茶乳剂的抗炎作用;灌胃给药观察急性毒性反应。结果:不同浓度的干黄茶乳剂均可抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清所引起的大鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.01),浓度为40%的干黄茶乳剂抑制肿胀效果最佳。实验小鼠灌胃给药的最大给药量为人日常用量的1400倍。结论:中药干黄茶乳剂具有较好的抗炎性,临床应用安全可靠。Objective： To study the anti-inflammation function and drug toxicity of the Chinese medicine Ganhuangcha cream.Methods： The anti-inflammation function of Ganhuangcha cream was analyzed by its inhibition to the swelling of mouse pinna induced by dimethylbenzene and the edema of rat hind paws elicited by egg white.Its acute toxicity testing was observed by lavage administration. Results： Ganhuangcha cream obviously inhibited the swelling of mouse induced by dimethylbenzene and egg white（P〈0.01）.40% concentration of Ganhuangcha cream had the best effect. The maximum dosage of mouse lavage administration was 1400 times higher than the man＇ s nomal dose. Conclusion ： Ganhuangcha cream possesses certain anti -inflammatory characteristics and is safe in clinic use.
