摘　　要：目的:探讨消炎利胆口服液解热镇痛的药理作用。方法:采用家兔解热、小鼠热板和小鼠醋酸扭体动物模型,做消炎利胆口服液解热、镇痛试验。结果:该制剂对内毒素引起的家兔体温升高有较好的解热作用:对醋酸引起的小鼠的扭体痛反应有较好的抑制作用。结论:消炎利胆口服液有解热镇痛作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Xiaoyan Lidan oral liquid on relieving the fever and the pain. Methods： Rabbits were injected the bacterial endotoxin through the ear vein to induce the high temperature, and the mice were stimulated with hot plate or acetic acid to induce the algaesthesis. Animals were divided into follow groups randomly： treated group （different dose of Xiaoyan Lidan oral liquid）, vehicle groups （equal volume normal saline） and normal control group. Results： Xiaoyan Lidan oral liquid possesses the effects to relieve the fever on endotoxin induced high temperature in rabbits and relieve the pain on the acetic acid or hot plate induced algeasthesis in the mice. Conclusion： Xiaoyan Lidan oral liquid has ability to relieve the fever and the pain.
