我院第二类精神药品门急诊处方应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院第二类精神药品的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对我院2008年\(1～12)月的门急诊3 789张第二类精神药品处方进行应用分析。结果:9种第二类精神药品中,8种药品的DUI<1.00,1种药品的DUI>1.00。结论:我院门急诊第二类精神药品使用基本合理。Objective： To evaluate the usage of the second type psychotropic drugs and provide the information about the rational drug use. Methods： The 3 789 pieces of prescription for outpatients and emergency patients of our hospital during 2008 year were analyzed, according to calculating the DDDS and DUI of these drugs. Results： The value of DUI of eight kinds among 9 the second type psychotropic drugs was less than one, and another greater than one. Conclusion： The utilization of the second type psychotropic drugs in our outpatient and emergency department is essentially reasonable.
