摘  要:首次明确了不同化性种群的苜蓿切叶蜂滞育前蛹的过冷却点存在显著差异(P<0.05)。进入滞育前期,一化性种群苜蓿切叶蜂前蛹的过冷却点与冰点分别低于二化性种群2.03℃和2.89℃,过冷却点间的差异随低温(5℃)时间的增加而减少,低温处理12个月后,两种类型种群的苜蓿切叶蜂前蛹过冷却点间的差异不明显(P<0.05)。It was the first time to make clear the difference between two strains in the super-cooling point of diapause prepupae was significant (P〈0.05). Before diapause, the super-cooling point and freezing point of prepupae of the unvohine strain were lower 2.03℃ and 2.89℃ than that of the bivoltine one, respectively. The difference became lower and lower as the treatment time at low temperature increased. The difference of prepupae super-cooling point between two strains' was not significant after they were treated at low temperature for 12 months. (P〈0.05).
