摘  要:针对两种典型四代篦冷机的熟料输送方式,应用散体力学原理进行熟料推动单元功耗分析,建立了两种篦冷机熟料推动单元功耗的计算方法,并对史密斯公司和彼得斯公司两种同级别篦冷机的单元推动功耗进行比较。According to the characteristics of cement clinker transportation in current 4th generation grate cooler, this paper analyzed the unite energy consumption for transporting the cement clinker by means of the basic theory of granular mechanics, and makes a deduction of power consumption expressions of cement clinker transportation in two types method. Using the new expressions, the unite energy consumption above two kind of grate cooler with same capacity, and individually belonged to FLSmidth and Claudius Peters Companies have been compared.
