摘  要:本研究采用铝型材厂污泥制备自结合钛酸铝/莫来石复相材料,目的使不稳定的Al2TiO5转变为稳定的Al2TiO5,从而减少因降温时的分解。主要探讨不同配方对复相材料中形成的晶相、微观形貌及含量的影响,从中确定较佳的配方。采用XRD法和SEM法表征各试样形成的晶相和显微结构;用RietveldQuantification法确定各试样中各晶相的含量。实验结果,确定最佳的配方:熟料含量为89%,生料含量为11%,其形成主晶相是Al2TiO5和莫来石固溶体,其含量分别为67.9%和29.7%,对应的体积密度为2.73g/cm3,抗折强度为40.25MPa,热震抗折强度保持率为85.6%。Waste aluminium sludge in the aluminium factory was used to synthesize self-bonded aluminium titanate-mullite (MAT) materals, it can improve the stability of aluminum titanate and suppress the decomposition of Al2TiO5 the effect of different formula on phase during the cooling by the " self-bonded" method. In this paper, structure and mierostrueture of each sintered produet as well as its content of each phase, was mainly researched to obtain a optimal one. In addition, XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize the crystalline phase and mierostueture of each sintered specimen, and Rietveld Quantification software was performed to determine the content of each phase. The results show: preferred formula is the one with sintered materials of 89wt% and unsintered materials of 11wt%, which leads to a sintered MAT ceramic containing 67.9wt% aluminum titanate and 29.7wt% mullite, with bulk density of 2.73 g/cm^3, bending strength of 40.25 MPa and thermal shock maintenance of 85.6%.
