摘 要:白光LED有望发展成为新一代绿色照明光源。荧光粉作为配套材料,其性能优劣直接影响白光LED的发光效率、亮度以及显色性等。高效红色荧光粉已经成为白光LED发展的瓶颈。概述了Eu3+激活的钨/钼酸盐、氧化钇铋和钛酸盐,Sm3+激活的锌酸锶,Pr3+和Bi3+共激活的钛酸钙,Eu2+激活的氮化物,Ce3+激活的硅锗酸盐石榴石以及Mn4+激活的多铝酸钙和Mn2+激活的硫氧化锌钙等白光LED用新型红色荧光粉的发光性能的研究进展;着重分析了它们的组成变化对荧光性能的影响;并对今后的研究提出了一些设想。Due to their most challenging application as a replacement for conventional incandescent bulbs and fluorescent lamps, more and more interest has been focused on the phosphor-converted white lightemitting diodes (White-LEDs) as a novel generation of solid-state lighting devices, in which phosphors are pumped by blue GaN chips or UV-InGaN chips and then generate white light. Red-emitting phosphors are becoming the bottleneck for advancement of white-LEDs innovation. Therefore, it is urgent to seek for suitable and efficient red-emitting phosphors which can be efficiently excited by blue and/or near-UV light. In this paper, research status on luminescence properties of novel red-emitting phosphors for white- LEDs application, which include Eu^3+ -activated tungsto-molybdates, Y2O3 : Bi^3+ and titanate, Sm^3+ and Li ^+ co-doped SrZnO2, Pr^3+ -doped CaTiO3 : Bi^3+ , Eu^2 + -doped nitrides, Lu2CaMg2 ( Si, Ge) 3 O12 : Ce^3 + , CaAl12O19 :Mn^4+ and Mn^2 +-activated CaZnOS, was summarized. The effect of the components varition on their luminescence performance was analyzed with a special emphasis. According to our consideration, some suggestions were proposed for the further research.
