摘 要:以Al(NO3)3和正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法分别制备了Al2O3和SiO2溶胶,调配了Al2O3-SiO2复合溶胶。在金属基A3钢表面制备了Al2O3、SiO2及Al2O3-SiO2涂层,在HCl和NaOH溶液中分别进行了腐蚀试验。结果表明:采用溶胶凝胶法在金属基体表面制备的涂层均可以提高金属的耐腐蚀性能;Al2O3-SiO2复合涂层的抗腐蚀性能较单一涂层的效果好,其中,SiO2-Al2O3-SiO2涂层具有较高的耐酸性,而Al2O3-SiO2-Al2O3具有较高的耐碱性;与交互涂敷复合涂层相比,由溶胶完全混合后再制备的Al2O3-SiO2复合涂层在碱性、酸性介质中都表现出更好的耐腐蚀性。Abstract: Alumina sol and silica sol were prepared by Sol-gel method with Al (NO3 )3 and TEOS as raw materials, meanwhile the Al2O3-SiO2 mixed Sol was made according to the proportion. Then Al2O3 coating, SiO2 coating and Al2O3-SiO2 composite coating were prepared on A3 steel substrate. The corrosion-resistance of coatings were investigated in the HC1 and NaOH aqueous solutions. The results indicate that all the coatings can enhance the corrosion resistance of A3 steel. Al2O3-SiO2 composite coating is better than the Al2O3 coating or SiO2 coating, in which SiO2-Al2O3-SiO2 coating has good corrosion resistance in acid medium, but in alkaline medium, the Al2O3-SiO2-Al2O3 coating shows the better. Moreover, comparing with the composite coating by the alternant coating method, the composite coating by the mixed sol exhibits the best corrosion resistance both in acid and alkaline medium.
