摘 要:无刷直流电机因无换向火花、电磁干扰低、免维护等优点而得到了广泛的应用。但是,由于主电路中的大功率电子开关器件价格较高,数量较多,限制了它在汽车领域等要求低成本场合的应用。提出一种新型混合励磁无刷直流电机结构,其大功率器件减少到2个。分析了其运行原理,并通过有限元和SPICE仿真证明该电机具有良好的运行特性,可以用汽车等要求低成本的工作场合。Permanent magnet brushless DC motors (BLDCM) are widely used due to their merits such as free of commutation sparks , low EMI and maintenance-free. However, the high count of expensive power electronic devices in the drive circuit restricts the application of the BLDCM, particularly in those areas with low-cost demands, such as the application in cars. This paper proposed a hybrid excitation BLDCM, for which only two power electronic devices were used in the drive circuit. Presented the motor operation principle, and proved its performance satisfactory with simulation using finite element method and SPICE.
