摘 要:详细分析了buck电流全桥变换器的工作原理及其与buck电压型全桥变换器的不同点,阐述了全桥功率管开关电流和电压变化情况。拓扑全桥变换器的晶体管由于零电压关断而没有关断损耗,而且与变压器漏感串联零压导通,所以导通损耗也很小。设计了buck电流型全桥主电路、buck开关管吸收电路、PWM控制电路、隔离电路等。通过实验验证全桥变换器很适合大功率、高电压输出的场合,具有一定适用性和可靠性。Analysed particularly the topology and principle of buck feedback electricity full-bridge converter and pointed out differentia with voltage feedback electricity converter. It discussed the current and voltage process of buck full-bridge power transistors switching, which can reduced transistors switch loss effectively. Because of zero-voltage switch, little conduction loss with transformers leakage-inductor. Meanwhile, also designed Buck switching absorption circuit, PWM control circuit, and isolation drive circuit. Experimental studies validate the converter is adaptable to high power and high voltage output situation and has some application and reliability.
