腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗治疗癌性腹水的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗治疗癌性腹水的疗效、毒副反应和对患者生活质量的影响及探讨热疗的护理。方法B超定位后,行腹腔穿刺术,先放腹水,然后将顺铂和氟尿嘧啶注入腹腔,注药后行腹部热疗,每周热疗两次,2周后评价疗效。结果在58例癌性腹水患者中完全有效率(CR)25.9%,部分有效率(PR)56.9%,无效(NC)17.2%,总有效率(RR)82.8%。通过治疗和护理,患者的临床症状及生活质量改善,毒副反应轻,无治疗相关死亡。结论腹腔化疗联合腹部热疗治疗癌性腹水能有效控制腹水的增长,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To review the therapeutic effect about the intraperitoneal chemotherapy alliance abdomen thermotherapy for the malignant ascites and investigate therrnotherapy nursing.Methods After ultrasound locatization, did the abdominocentesis to drain ascites, then infused cisplatin and fluorouracil to the abdominal cavity, abdomen thermotherapied soon after. Did the thermotherapy for twice a week. To judge the therapeutic effect after two weeks. Results In the 58 malignant ascites patients, complete response rate was 25.9%, partial response rate was 56.9%, ineffective rate was 17.2%, total effective rate was 82.8%. Through therapeutic allianced and nursed, improved the patients＇ living quality, lightened the adverse effects and no death correlated to the treatments. Conclusion Intraperitoneal chemotherapy alliance abdomen thermotherapy for the malignant ascites can control the ascitic increasing utility and improve the patients＇ living quality, deserve the clinical expansion.
