摘　　要：为帮助预报员全面学习和系统掌握常州地区灾害性天气变化规律，进一步提高对灾害性天气的预报能力，将常州地区1974-2007年发生的暴雨、寒潮、台风等5种常见灾害性天气所对应的高低空形势、地面形势、台风路径、卫星云图、多普勒雷达回波以及实况、灾情等资料进行汇总和整编，建立了基于Web网页形式、多功能灾害性天气电子档案查询系统。该系统实现了灾害天气资料查询的自动化，填补了常州地区无完整灾害性天气档案的空白。该系统针对性强，界面美观、易于操作、查询快捷，具有较强的实用性。In order to get further insight into disastrous weather in Changzhou for forecasters, the Webbased multi-function automatic inquiry system of disastrous weather （including heavy rain, cold waves, typhoons, etc. ） is established, which make full use of various information sources, including data on the surface, lower-level and upper-level atmospheric circulation patterns, and typhoon tracks, as well as satellite cloud pictures, Doppler radar echo images, recording data, and disaster reports relevant to weather disasters from 1974 to 2007. The system is practical, fast, interface friendly, easy to use, and suitable for meteorological stations of various levels.
