摘 要:将需修复的拉丝模切开并测绘,利用Photoshop软件得到Φ4.27,3.50,1.75,1.38mm规格拉丝模的各部分尺寸和角度,发现修复后胎圈钢丝拉拔模具存在定径带不明显、工作锥角度不合理和偏心等问题。研究确定修模原则:定径带长度应根据拉拔材料、模具材料、润滑粉和拉拔工艺并通过试验确定;对应不同的道次压缩率选择工作锥角度。制定完善、系统、操作性强的磨模操作工艺,给出拉拔各道次模具孔型结构参数。采用新的磨模工艺修模后,模具平均吨钢丝损耗由0.16个降为0.09个。To cut the repaired wire drawing dies used in production and to do mapping, make use of Photoshop software to calculate the size and angles of sections of wire drawing dies for diameter 4.27 mm, 3.50 mm, 1.75 mm, 1.38 mm steel wire, such problems of repaired bead wire drawing die were found as unconspicuous sizing zone, reasonless work cone angle and eccentricity. The principles of wire drawing die repairing are researched and confirmed: the sizing zone length is con- firmed according to drawing materials, die materials, lubricants, drawing process and test; to select different work cone angle for different pass drought. The complete, system and strong maneuverability die repairing operation process are enacted, and the hole structure parameters of every drawing pass are given out. The average wire drawing die consumption per ton steel wire is cut down from piece of 0.16 to 0.09 after adopting new die repairing process.
