新型钢丝绳防护脂的开发与应用

摘　　要：对钢丝绳防护脂在防腐性能、滴点、附着力和环保等方面提出要求。新型钢丝绳防护脂(LGG-200)研制过程中采用滴点和低温性能较好的基础油,添加体积分数为3.5%的稠化剂和3.0%的黏附剂,滴点、滑落和低温性能测试表明,钢丝绳防护脂的性能达到最佳。按照国标对LGG-200、普通钢丝绳防护脂和进口Elaskon SK-U钢丝绳防护脂进行比较,结果显示,LGG-200的滴点比普通钢丝绳防护脂提高了1倍,-45℃下的低温性能合格,滴点和极压性能接近进口防护脂。渗透性试验、疲劳试验和-45℃下的使用发现:LGG-200附着力较强,滴点大于100℃,低温性能良好,能够替代进口钢丝绳防护脂。Requiriments of anti-corrosion property, dropping point, adhesive and environment protection of wire rope grease were put forth. Basic oil with good dropping point and low temperature performance was adopted, volume fraction 3.5 % thickener and 3.0% adhesive were added in the research process of new type wire rope grease （ LGG - 200）. Dropping point, sliding and low temperature performance test show that the performance of steel wire rope grease reach the optimum. The LGG - 200, conventional steel wire rope grease and imported Elaskon SK - U are compared according to national standard, results show that the dropping point of LGG -200 is raised 1 time than that of conventional steel wire rope grease, low temperature performance at -45℃ is qualified, the dropping point and extreme pressure property almost reaches imported grease. Permeability test, fatigue test and using at - 45 ℃ find ： the adhesive of LGG - 200 is tight, dropping point is higher than 1130℃, low temperature performance is good, which can replace imported wire rope grease.
