摘　　要：桥梁缆索所处工作环境恶劣,承受荷载应力,易遭受应力和腐蚀破坏。悬索桥主缆主要由高强度热镀锌钢丝通过热铸锚锚固而成的平行钢丝索股组成,在主缆外层缠绕圆形或S形钢丝后,再在表面涂装和空气除湿;拉索结构主要有用热挤高密度聚乙烯(PE)防护的半平行钢丝索配以冷铸镦头锚系统的钢丝斜拉索结构和用平行钢绞线外套HDPE护套管且两端用特殊的夹片锚群锚系统组成的钢绞线索;吊索索体材料主要有热镀锌高强度钢丝、钢绞线、钢丝绳。结合主缆和斜拉索性能要求,从钢丝防护和外观、镀锌钢丝和盘条的焊接点、钢丝的扭转和松弛指标等方面探讨主缆和斜拉索对钢丝、钢绞线、钢丝绳、异型钢丝的技术要求。The working environment of bridge cable is bad. It bears loading stress, suffers stress and corrosion damage easily. Suspension bridge main cable is mainly made up of parallel steel wire strands which are hot-cast anchor anchored by high strength hot-dip galvanized steel wire, winds round or s-type steel wire outer the main cable, then does surface coating and air dehumidification. Stayed cable is made up of half parallel steel wire cable protected by hot extrusion high density PE, matching with steel wire stayed cable structure of cold-cast stamping-end anchor system, parallel steel strand coated with HDPE tube in outer, steel strand cable consists of shaped clamp type group anchor system in two sides. Suspender material consists of hot-dip galvanized high strength steel wire, steel strand, wire rope. Combining with requirements of main cable and stayed cable properties, the technical requirements of main cable and stayed cable on steel wire, steel strand, wire rope, shaped steel wire are discussed from such aspects as steel wire protection and appearance, welding point of galvanized steel wire and wire rod, torsional and relaxation index of steel wire.
