摘　　要：为建设我国新一代民用航空运输系统,提高行业竞争力,应对国际金融危机,提出基于数据库级共享和应用系统级共享的民航公共信息共享平台的设想。在探讨国内外民航信息化的发展现状和趋势基础上,系统分析公共信息共享平台的功能,确立了民航公共信息共享平台按中央级与机场级两层管理模式的总体构建设想,对民航公共信息共享平台SOA架构的技术实现和ESB架构的逻辑结构进行了分析和探讨。In order to set up a new generation air transport system in China, enhance the industrial competitive capability and answer the international financial crisis, the proposal for the public information sharing platform of civil aviation was put forward in the article, which was based on shared database and application system. On the basis of discussing the development status and trend of the informationalization of civil aviation at home and abroad, in the article, systematically analyzed the function of the public information sharing platform, established the proposal for the overall construction of the public information sharing platform of civil aviation according to centrallevel and airport- level management models, discussed the technique achievement of SOA architecture as well as logic structure of ESB architecture of the public information sharing platform of civil aviation.
