摘　　要：本文从普通图书馆的实际情况出发,以翔实的数据,充分的论证,阐述了执行ISO9001的科学化管理与教学水平评估的双促作用,以及图书馆管理科学化的实践路径和未来展望。This article was based on the real circumstances of the ordinary university libraries,with reliable database and abundant arguments.It expounded the double functions of the science management and evalution of teaching level by performing the＂National Standard＂（ISO9001）;and it refered to the practical routes and the properities of the librarues scientific management in order to further access and discuss for experts.
