摘  要:介绍了影响燃烧前发生炉煤气含水量的因素,分析了煤气中的饱和水和机械水含量对煤气燃烧效果的影响,指出煤气中所含的机械水对燃烧的影响较大,在煤气燃烧过程中,饱和水的吸热量仅为机械水吸热量的5%左右,影响较小。在此基础上,就燃烧前发生炉煤气含水量的控制方法,特别是捕除煤气中机械水的工艺和方法,进行了系统的阐述。The article states the factors that affect the moisture content in the producer coal gas before its combustion, analyzes the effect of saturated water and mechanical water content on combustion of coal gas, and points out that the mechanical water content in gas affects the combustion more seriously. During the combustion, heat absorption of saturated water is only about 5% of mechanical water, it is less affected. On this basis, a systematic exposition is made on the moisture content's control methods, especially the technology and methods to remove the mechanical water before the gas is combusted.
