摘  要:以湖南湘潭至衡阳高速公路西线加筋格宾挡墙为工程依托,通过大尺寸的拉拔试验,研究了钢丝直径分别为2.2 mm和2.7 mm的2种双绞合六边形金属格宾网与红砂岩的界面摩擦特性。试验改进了筋材的夹持方法,有效地限制了试件的横向变形和在拉拔过程中的颈缩效应。此外,利用Flac3D对本次试验进行了数值模拟。结果表明,2种格宾网的拉拔位移-剪应力曲线变化趋势大致相同;双绞合六边形格宾网的拉拔系数比土工膜和土工格栅要大,并且它们的抗拉强度高、延伸率低;数值模拟中,拉拔试验各项指标与模型试验差距甚微,相对误差均小于4.6%,提高了研究的可信度。Based on the project of reinforced gabion wall in west line of Xiangtan-Hengyang expressway in Hunan province, large scale pull-out tests on the interface friction characteristics between double twisted hexagonal gabion mesh (2.2 mm and 2.7 mm respectively) and red sandstone were carried out. In order to reduce the necking effect of gabion mesh and lateral deformation during pull-out test, special clamping system was developed.Additionally, numerical simulation was operated by using Flac3D. The result shows that (1) displacement-shear stress curves of these two kinds of gabion mesh are almost the same; (2) drawing coefficient of double twisted hexagonal gabion mesh is larger than that of geo-membrane and geogrid, gabion mesh also possesses high tensile strength and low elongation; (3) all indexes of pull-out model test are very close to that of numerical simulation with relative error below 4.6%, which enhanced the reliability of the study.
