摘 要:分别以雷竹嫩叶的基因组DNA和幼穗的cDNA为模板,采用PCR方法扩增出长为490bp及262bp的片段。序列分析结果表明,该基因序列包含1个长为228bp的内含子。其编码区共编码86个氨基酸。其氨基酸序列与水稻中OsFCA、小麦中TaFCA的一致性分别为79.8%与69.9%,表明雷竹中可能存在调控开花的自主调控途径。The OsFCA protein is the first identified protein, which was involved in autonomous pathway controlling heading date in rice. From Phyllostachys violascens, 490bp and 262bp fragments were obtained by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using genomic DNA of young leaves and cDNA of young immature inflorescence as template. The sequence analysis showed that the fragment contained one intron which was 228bp long. The deduced polypeptide of exon was highly homologous to OsFCA in rice with identity 79.8% and to TaFCA in wheat with identity 69.9%.These results suggest that autonomous pathway which control flower time may exist in Phyllostachys violascens.
