摘　　要：搜查作为一种经常使用的侦查手段,目的是收集犯罪证据,查获犯罪嫌疑人。搜查在性质上属于强制侦查,有不同的类型,对不同类型的搜查法律有不同的要求。搜查在揭露、打击犯罪中的作用不可低估,但也易于侵犯公民的基本权利。因此,分析搜查的概念、性质和类型有重要的理论与实践意义。As a investigative way used frequently, the purpose of search is to collect evidence of a crime, and seize the suspect, the search is a kind of mandatory investigation in nature, the search has different types, law has different requirements on different types of search, the role of the search in exposing the crime, fighting against the crime can not be underestimated, but it is also easy to violate the fundamental rights of citizens. Therefore, to clarify the definition, the nature and the type of the search has important theoretical and practical significance.
