摘　　要：自第五琦实行盐专卖法后,私盐问题成为重要的社会问题。唐政府为应对私盐的消极作用,实施了一系列治理私盐的措施。改善官盐的经营环境;采用相关的法律措施;调整盐业经济政策。这些政策均取得一定成效,但也存在一些消极作用。After DI Wu-qi implemented monopoly law of salt, the issue on illegal salt became an important social problem. The government implemented a series of measures for the negative effects of illegal salt to deal with the negative effect of the illegal salt, such as improving business condition of government salt, using the related legal measures, and adjusting economic policies of the salt industry. These policies made certain progress, but also had some negative effects.
