摘  要:涡轮盘是航空发动机关键件,其工作载荷复杂。对涡轮盘进行应力分析及破裂转速计算是轮盘设计的重要内容。运用参数化有限元设计语言(APDL)的知识和编程方法对某型高压涡轮盘参数化建模,并对其进行应力分析,求解涡轮盘的轴对称应力场。通过积分得到轮盘子午面的周向平均应力,进而得到试验环境下涡轮盘破裂转速,并进行了强度校核。理论解和数值解吻合良好,验证了APDL编程方法及ANSYS软件使用的正确性。The turbine disk is a key Component of the aero engine and its work condition is severe. The stress analysis and the broken rotational speed of a turbine disk are of important contents for the structural design of the turbine disk. After the application of the programming basic method of ANSYS Parametric Design Language ( APDL), the model of a high - pressure turbine disk was found and the analysis of a high - pressure turbine disk was performed. The solutions of the axial symmetry stress - field of turbine disk were found. The broken rotation speed of the turbine disk was obtained, after the integration of mean tangent stress over the section through the meridian of the turbine disk. Strength of the turbine disk was checked too. They fit well through the comparison between the theory solution and the numerical results, how to use the APDL programming method and the ANSYS software were confirmed.
