摘　　要：为满足贾卡经编机设备的实际需要,设计基于AVR ATmega128单片机的压电式贾卡控制系统,介绍了该控制系统的软硬件设计方法,叙述了各部分设计过程,并给出几种提高系统可靠性的措施。此贾卡控制系统与计算机辅助花型设计系统配合使用,可以加快贾卡经编织物的设计,简化上机工艺,缩短产品更新周期,实用可行,可广泛应用于压电式经编机贾卡控制中。系统的可靠性和实用性已通过样机试运行得以证实。For purpose of the piezoelectric jacquard needs, the control system of piezoelectric jacquard based on MCU AT- mega128 is designed, the software and hardware, the design procedure and some measures of improving reliability of the system are introduced. The control system cooperates with the computer system of pattern design. This can accelerate the design of jacquard tricot, simplify technology and shorten the cycle time of update product. The system design is practical and feasible. The reliability and practicability of the system is proved by the running of experimental prototype.
