摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化腹水病人存在的心理问题及护理体会。方法调查60例住院病人的心理问题,并有针对性地实施心理护理。结果肝硬化腹水病人在应激情况下存在明显的心理问题,通过有效的心理护理可缓解病人心理压力,改善其不良心理状态。结论心理护理在肝硬化腹水病人中具有重要作用,护士要重视心理健康理论的学习,更好地为病人实施心理护理。Objective To investigate psychological problems of patients with cirrhotic ascites and nursing experience.Methods Psychological problems of 60 patients with cirrhotic ascites admitted to a hospital were surveyed and psychological nursings were performed correspondingly. Results Patients with cirrhotic ascites had obvious psychological problems under stress. Effective psychological nursing might relieve the pressure of the patients and improve their mental status .Conclusion Psychological nursing play an important role in patients with cirrhotic ascites. So nurses should attach importance to the theory on psychological health and proveide better psychological nursing to the patients.
