摘　　要：书库在图书馆中占有重要的位置,书库工作的好坏直接影响图书馆的工作效率。通过对书库在图书的保护、管理以及工作人员在工作中易出现的问题的分析,根据六盘水师范学院图书馆的实际,从工作人员的设置和管理、对图书的保护和对图书的管理和利用三方面提出了一些建议和主张,做好图书馆管理工作。Stacks in the library occupies an important position, book a direct impact on the work of the efficiency of the library.
