摘 要:目的研究现役结构基于性能的抗震评估时,地震作用水平的确定问题.方法以基于性能的抗震设计为出发点,采用Poisson模型,按照等超越概率原则确定后续服役期内中小震、中震、大震的重现期.结果提出了现役结构三水准抗震评估设防标准.借鉴地震危险性分析的最新成果,给出了烈度、地震影响系数、地震地面加速度的换算关系.通过调整设计基准期,将等超越概率原则推广到考虑不同结构重要性的现役结构抗震评估设防.结论为进一步实现现役结构基于性能的抗震评估及加固提供依据.In order to study earthquake actions when assessing seismic performances of existing structures, a new three-level seismic assessment criterion is presented based on performance-based seismic design. According to Poisson model, the return period of moderate-minor, moderate and major earthquake in different re-service periods are calculated based on equal exceeding probability principle. The relations of earthquake intensities, seismic influence coefficients, and ground seismic accelerations are presented with the reference of the latest research findings of earthquake hazard analysis. By modifying the seismic design reference period, the application of equal exceeding probability principle can be extended to taking into account the important factors of different existing structures. It can be used for performance-based seismic assessment and strengthening of existing structures.
